T Cells & CAR-T
Gentle, bead-free T cell expansion to high density, with an early-memory phenotype, in serum-free / xeno-free medium.
T cell and CAR-T therapies need a substantial number of cells per dose. In a first-of-its-kind study, T cells were expanded in the PBS Mini Vertical-Wheel® with serum-free, xeno-free medium plus IL-7 / IL-15, reaching high densities with no activation beads and an early-differentiated central-memory phenotype.
Low-shear expansion to high density with no activation beads, preserving viability and function.
Cells retain an early-differentiated central-memory phenotype favorable for therapeutic potency.
Compatible with serum-free / xeno-free media in a closed, scalable single-use format, a path beyond flasks.
