Why Vertical-Wheel® for T cells

T cell and CAR-T therapies need a substantial number of cells per dose. In a first-of-its-kind study, T cells were expanded in the PBS Mini Vertical-Wheel® with serum-free, xeno-free medium plus IL-7 / IL-15, reaching high densities with no activation beads and an early-differentiated central-memory phenotype.
