Every Sample Is a Risk. This One Isn’t
Opening a vessel to pull a sample breaks the closed flow path you built the process around. The sampling conical keeps the path closed, and the dip tube pulls from the suspension the wheel is already mixing, so what reaches the analyzer reflects the culture.
The sample never opens the vessel to atmosphere, so the flow path stays closed from seed to harvest.
A 1.25″ dip tube draws from the suspension the wheel is mixing, not from a settled pocket at the wall.
Gamma-irradiated and assembled, so there is nothing to autoclave or validate before a run.
Packs of ten sit next to the system, so a scheduled pull never waits on a prep step.
Three Steps, Still Closed
The conical arrives sterile and assembled. Nothing is opened to atmosphere at any point in the sample pull.
