2021 Silva et al. - Transcriptome Profiling of hPSC-Derived Cerebellar Organoids Reveals Faster Commitment Under Dynamic Conditions

Abstract

Transcriptomic comparison of cerebellar organoids generated under static and Vertical-Wheel® bioreactor conditions. Dynamic culture accelerated cerebellar commitment, enhanced extracellular matrix organization, supported formation of multiple cerebellar neuronal populations, and activated pathways associated with vascular development and neuronal maturation. The study demonstrates improved developmental progression under dynamic conditions.
