Development of Scalable, Versatile, and Cost-Effective Processes for iPSC-Derived Cell Therapy Manufacturing via Linear Scale-Up and High-Density Cell Banking Approaches

Abstract

Poster describing a scalable iPSC manufacturing workflow that combines linear scale-up of Vertical-Wheel® bioreactors through 80 L with high-density working cell bank generation. Studies demonstrated maintenance of growth, morphology, pluripotency, and differentiation capacity across scales while enabling shorter, more reproducible manufacturing workflows through elimination of extended 2D seed trains.
