Enabling Robust and Efficient iPSC Expansion and Differentiation Processes Using High-Density Cell Banking Approaches and a Scaled-Down Computer-Controlled Parallel Vertical-Wheel Bioreactor System

Abstract

Poster evaluating integration of high-density working cell banks with the MiniPRO scale-down platform. Direct-thaw workflows were assessed for expansion, scale-up, and differentiation. Results showed reproducible growth, maintenance of pluripotency markers, comparable aggregate characteristics to larger-scale reactors, and successful differentiation toward endocrine and cardiac lineages.
